Unlike general hypnotherapy, which focuses mainly on suggestions, RTT® goes deeper by identifying the root cause of your issue and transforming limiting beliefs. It uses regression, dialogue, and personalized recordings to support fast, lasting change.
RTT can support a wide range of emotional, physical, and behavioral challenges, including:
Anxiety and stress
Confidence and self-esteem
Insomnia and sleep issues
Fears and phobias
Weight and eating habits
Addictions or compulsive behaviors
Relationship patterns
Chronic pain (in collaboration with medical professionals)
If you're unsure whether RTT is right for your specific concern, feel free to reach out for a brief consultation.
Many clients experience noticeable breakthroughs after just one session. Some more complex issues may benefit from 2–3 sessions. Together, we’ll assess what’s best based on your unique needs and goals.
An RTT session typically lasts 90–120 minutes and includes:
Discussion of your issue and desired outcome
Guided hypnosis to access the subconscious mind
Regression to uncover root beliefs and patterns
Transformation using powerful, personalized suggestions
A custom audio recording to reinforce your new beliefs (to be listened to daily for at least 21 days)
Not at all. Hypnosis is a natural, relaxed state of focused awareness, much like a deep meditation. You remain awake, aware, and in control throughout the session.
You cannot be made to do anything against your will.
Yes, most clients remember everything that comes up during an RTT session. You remain in a relaxed but aware state and can recall the experience clearly afterward.
Most people can enter a light trance state easily, especially with a trained practitioner. Hypnosis is a natural state we experience daily (like when daydreaming or losing track of time). With the right guidance, it’s accessible to nearly everyone.
Yes — RTT is a safe, supportive, and ethical process. However, hypnotherapy is not suitable for individuals with epilepsy or psychotic disorders. If you have a medical or psychiatric condition, please consult your doctor before booking a session.

Sessions are available virtually via secure video call for your comfort and convenience. In-person sessions may be available upon request for clients located in Florida.
You’ll receive a brief intake form to complete beforehand. On the day of your session, find a quiet, private space where you won’t be disturbed. Be prepared with headphones if possible, and come with an open mind and a clear intention.
RTT is designed to help you safely access and release emotional wounds in a supportive environment. If anything difficult arises, I will guide you through it with care and compassion, at a pace that feels manageable for you.
RTT uses regression to gently revisit significant memories—not to relive them, but to understand and reframe them. You’re not alone in this process, and we’ll focus on creating healing and resolution, not re-traumatization.
RTT can be helpful for older teens, depending on the issue and their willingness to participate. Please contact me directly to discuss your child’s specific needs.
You’ll receive a custom audio recording to reinforce your new beliefs and support integration. I’ll also check in with you after the session to see how you’re feeling and answer any questions that may arise during the 21-day reinforcement period.
