Cancellation Policy

Payment & Booking Policy In-person sessions require a non-refundable deposit to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. Online sessions must be paid in full at least 24 hours in advance. Accepted forms of payment and payment portals will be outlined during the booking process. Cancellations & Missed Sessions In-person appointments require 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Online sessions require 24 hours’ notice. Missed appointments or late cancellations are non-refundable. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session without a refund.
